In a medium saucepan, mix the sachet A + 1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup) + 1/2 cup 35% cream.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 6 minutes.
Add the Bet sachet and mix.
Pour into a dish that will be refrigerated and cover.
It is preferable to leave it in the cold to keep a nice texture.
