- Helps to maintain and promote a healthy metabolism of estrogen level in men and women.

DOSAGE adult: Take 1 capsule per day.

PRECAUTIONS : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs, have an iron deficiency, have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, have a stomach ulcer, excess stomach acid or have liver disorders or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, vaginal dryness, irregular periods or change in libido) to rule out a diagnosis of severe hormonal imbalance or if you are taking medications or other natural health products, as resveratrol may alter their effectiveness or if you are trying to conceive a child. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of low estrogen or liver disorder, such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual fatigue and/or loss of appetite. Rare cases of unpredictable hepatitis associated with products containing green tea extract have been observed (in Canada and elsewhere in the world).  CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
