RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE :Gentian is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Gentian is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite and aid digestion (stomachic). Digestive enzyme. Digestive aid. Helps digest proteins.
DURATION OF USE :For use beyond 4 weeks consult a health care practitioner.
RECOMMENDED DOSE :Adults. Take 1 capsules three times daily. Take each dose at the beginning of a meal.
WARNINGS :Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have diabetes, if you have pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency or cystic fibrosis, if you are taking an anticoagulant/ blood thinner or an anti-inflammatory, or are having surgery.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :Do not use if you are pregnant, if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers, or if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS :Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in such a case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting and/or abdominal pain have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). Some people may experience headaches. Store in a cool dry area. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
