N,N‑Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a methylated amino acid found in all cells. It’s an antioxidant with a number of benefits that include cholesterol control, protein synthesis, and antistress action.

The regular form of cellular respiration is aerobic, where in the presence of oxygen, glycogen stored in muscle is converted to energy.
