Former National bikini-fitness athlete, passionate about training, nutrition and everything related to this lifestyle. I graduated in dietetics from Collège Montmorency in 2013. My mission is to help, inspire and motivate women to be more active, in better shape, eat healthier, take care of themselves, feel good about themselves and love themselves. Over the past 10 years, I've helped hundreds of women achieve their wellness goals by sharing my tools, knowledge & experience in the field of healthy eating & training. My aim is to prove that it's possible to achieve personal goals with pleasure, without deprivation or strict diets!

We're Emma and Dominic, coaches and owners of OUTWRK FITNESS. Since 2020, we've helped hundreds of people get back into shape (this covid project has definitely outlived the banana bread craze...). Partners in life and business, our mission is to help busy parents get back on track and finally get the shape they deserve.

Our goal is to offer you a simple, realistic game plan that adapts to your ever-changing reality. As parents of 2, soon to be 3 children ourselves, we understand that your daily life is worthy of a roller-coaster ride: it goes fast in titi, when you feel on top of the world there's inevitably a brutal descent waiting for you in the detour, and there's a good chance someone will throw up on you at the worst possible moment. Guess what? That doesn't mean you can't enjoy the ride and still make progress. We're here to teach you how to effectively optimize your lifestyle habits so you can enjoy the ride (and maybe even raise your arms in the air and scream if you're feeling funky).

After going through a demanding fitness journey myself, I decided to dedicate my career to helping others regain their discipline, energy and self-confidence.

Today, I support a wide range of clients - weight loss, weight gain, fitness - with a structured, motivating and results-oriented approach. Every recommendation, whether it's a workout or a supplement, is validated by my own experience in the field. My goal is simple: to help each person become the best version of themselves.

First and foremost, I'm a big believer in fitness. I believe that the key to success lies in listening to the people who consult me. I have a bachelor's degree in the field and am self-taught. I never hesitate to expand my knowledge and question myself on fitness and related topics. In recent years, I have expanded my knowledge through various continuing education courses on biology, physiology, fitness, methods, and nutrition.
