OVERVIEW :Per serving of 10g, BCAA 300g is a complete formula that contains :

2.5g L-Leucine
1.25g L-Isoleucine
1.25g L-Valine
4g L-Glutamine

BCAAs (branched-chain amino acid) are L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine. These three amino acids are essential to the human body and are acquired only through food.

Contains a serving of L-Glutamine that prevents muscle catabolism and is involved in transport of nitrogen from muscle tissue.

RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE :Source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis and for the maintenance of good health.

RECOMMENDED DOSE :Adults. Take 1 scoop daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
