DOSAGE adult: Take 1 to 2 capsules, twice a day.

RISK INFORMATION :  Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have external pathogens/conditions, have a cardiovascular disorder, are on hormone replacement therapy, are taking oral contraceptives, heart or blood pressure medications, carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity, including L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain medications, over-the-counter cough or cold medications containing dextromethorphan, or medications for nausea or migraine. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have scleroderma, bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience weakness, mouth ulcers or abdominal pain with severe muscle pain or if you notice any changes in your skin. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. The use of this product in combination with alcoholic beverages, or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Use caution if you are operating heavy machinery or any other motorized vehicle, or if you are participating in any activity that requires mental alertness. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain.
