SPICE BLENDS? These are actually seasonings, ready-to-use formulas, as Salt & Pepper are already included inside?

These 3 spice blends have been part of my kitchen for several years; in fact, I've been making them myself for a long time! I am, therefore, very familiar with these 3 formulas; it's amazing to now have them as products with my own branding?

Tex-Mex???️For all Mexican-inspired recipes, I love it with stews, sauces, slow cooking, shredded dishes, etc. but it's also great for quick grilling! I cooked it here in a vegetarian chili-style stew with red lentils and served it with rice, pickled red onions, yogurt, and cilantro?

Grilling??An interesting variation of the classic "steak spice" blend, with a finer grind, making it a perfect spice blend for cooking as well (not just for steaks), obviously for BBQ, pan-cooking, meats, fish, etc. I cooked it here with ground meat in a skillet and served it on a bed of spaghetti squash?

All-Purpose ??A kind of deluxe Italian herb blend with garlic and onion, to be integrated everywhere: meats, fish, vegetarian dishes, sauces, dressings, vegetables, etc. I used it here in 2 ways: as a spice crust for my air-fried fish and in my dressing for "La Mielleuse," my honey mustard sauce without sugar?Enjoy your meal?✌?
