DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Weight management: Take 14 softgels daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. To support energy production: Take 3 softgels twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. • To avoid digestive issues, start with 1 softgel three times daily for the first week, and double the amount every week until the fourth week (14 softgels daily).
