XPN Caffeine

OVERVIEW :Helps temporarily to restore mental alertness or wakefulness when experiencing fatigue or drowsiness.

RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE :Helps (temporarily) to promote alertness and wakefulness, and to enhance cognitive performance. Helps (temporarily) to relieve fatigue, to promote endurance and to enhance motor performance. Used (temporarily) as a mild diuretic.

DURATION OF USE :For occasional use only.

RECOMMENDED DOSE : Adults. Take 1 tablet every 3-4 hours, as needed, not to exceed 1,000 mg per day (800 mg as used as mild diuretic).

WARNINGS :For occasional use only. Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure or pregnancy. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. The recommended dose of the product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the amount of caffeine contained in medication, beverages (coffee, tea, colas) or foods (chocolate), as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionnaly, rapid heart rate. Keep out of reach of children.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS :At doses > 600 mg per day, caffeine may cause anxiety, tachycardia (rapid heart rate), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Store in a cool dry area. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children
